Most of the extensions you use are no longer useable because Apple has decide that they are not securesuch as ExpressVPN, Ghostery and many others. The alternatives in the App Store are nowhere near as good as what you have been using, and are often more expensive, and less flexible.

You're not doing anything wrong, what's happening is your download is corrupted so when OS X does its integrity check, its' failing it. This is the message you are seeing.
